FACTORS AFFECTING THE QUALITY BACHELOR‘ S DEGREE TRAINING IN ACCOUNTING AT UNINVERSITY ECOMOMICS-TECHNOLOGY FOR INDUSTRIAL

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the influence of a number of factors on the quality of bachelor's degree training in Accounting at University ecomomics -technology for industrial . Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and regression analysis were used on 568 observations from students and alumni. Research results show that there are 5 factors including: Training program, Behavior and capacity of lecturers, Facilities, Support activities and Employee behavior that have a positive influence and impact. to the quality of Bachelor of Accounting training at University ecomomics -technology for industrial.
