THE PRINCIPLE OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF VIETNAM ON ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION FOR THE GOAL OF HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The life of human beings cannot be separated from the natural environment. Protecting the environment is essentially safeguarding the essential living conditions for each individual. Entering a new era of innovation, the Communist Party of Vietnam considers environmental protection as an important and mandatory requirement for sustainable development. Through Party Congresses, the content of serving the people within the framework of environmental protection issues is increasingly supplemented and improved. In the future, to truly protect the environment with a humanistic perspective, the Party and the State need to connect environmental issues with ensuring the livelihoods of people, for the goal of human development. Therefore, environmental protection solutions must prioritize human beings and assess based on the benefits to people.
