FACTORS AFFECTING THE DECISION TO CHOOSE THE WORKING PLACE OF STUDENTS OF ECONOMIC SECTOR IN HANOI

Abstract

Finding a suitable workplace for students' training majors after graduation in general and economics students in particular has become a matter of concern not only for new graduates, but also for graduates. and for researchers, educational administrators. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the factors affecting the decision to choose a place to work in Hanoi city or in the locality of 369 final year students of economics at 6 universities. study in Hanoi. Research results show that 68% of students from provinces tend to find work in Hanoi to find work. The factors of expected income, job opportunities, career development, and remuneration policies are the main reasons affecting this decision.
