THE APPLICATION OF MASTERCAM SOFTWARE TO CREATE POST-PROCESSOR SUPPORTING OUT OF THE MACHINE PROGRAM USED ON CLK6140D/2 CNC LATHE

Abstract

The article researches building the process of applying Mastercam software to create a post-processor that supports the output of machining programs used on CNC lathes CLK6140D/2. To process some specific program structure of CNC lathe CLK6140D/2 to ensure error-free operation of the machine. This is an important task and widely used in the field of mechanical processing with the application of CAD/CAM/CNC technology in order to improve manufacturing the accuracy and quality of machined surface, and simplify the process. Using thisTechnology to  improve productivity & reduce product costs.
