Abstract

All parts of the breadfruit tree are used as medicinal herbs. The unripe fruit is sour, red, and hard. Ellagic acid in the breadfruit contains many health-beneficial compounds that effectively fight free radicals. The active substances in the leaves have a good blood circulation, cooling, and anti-inflammatory effect. Scientists are very interested in isolating natural compounds to produce functional foods that are easy to find, have few side effects, and low toxicity. By nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) analysis, the molecular structure of triterpenes isolated from Rubus alceaefolius Poir. The article isolates 2a, 3b, 19a, 24-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid from raspberries with molecular formula C30H48O6.
