RESEARCH ON PRODUCTION IMPROVEMENT METHODS IN THE PRINTING GRAVURE

Abstract

The packaging industry is a nascent supporting industry and growing strongly along with the development of a number of other industries such as: food, mechanical engineering, electronics... However, production cost is expensive due to have alot of many waste in manufacturing. Continuous improvement Manufacturing are being advised to be executed to reduce production cots. This study is done to eliminate excess time due to waiting, improper manipulation and movement in the printing process, thereby reducing machine downtime and improving productivity and working morale of personnel.
