A STUDY ON THE IMPACT OF OUTSOURCED LOGISTICS ON THE BUSINESS PERFORMANCE OF TEXTILE ENTERPRISES IN NAM DINH PROVINCE

Abstract

Logistics plays a crucial role and holds a significant position in the business operations of enterprises. The study focuses on determining the impact of outsourced logistics on the business outcomes of textile enterprises in Nam Dinh province. Primary data used in the study were collected based on convenient sampling from 160 textile enterprises operating in Nam Dinh province. The data were processed using SPSS 20 software and analyzed through multiple regression to achieve the research objectives. The research results indicate an influence of outsourced logistics on the business performance of textile enterprises in Nam Dinh province. Based on the research results, the author proposes recommendations on the development of outsourced logistics services to enhance the business outcomes of textile enterprises in Nam Dinh province during the period 2024 -2030.
