STUDY, CALCULATE AND DESIGN A DIESEL FULL SYSTEM FOR TESTING THE WORKING MODES OF HIGH PRESSURE PUMPS

Diesel fuel system testing equipment used to test the working modes of high pressure pumps to know the technical condition of high pressure pumps. In the process working, the system will be damaged… Therefore, it is necessary to check and adjust to make the system word will high efficiency, save fuel, bring high economic benefits. To slone this problem, it is necessary to have equipment is being used such as Germany, Russia, Korea, China,… This equipment is full of features to test modes as well as high pressure pumps, ensuring technical requirements. However, the testing equipment of these countries is still expensive, heavy and large size. Therefore, this paper will study, calculate, design and provide a system manufacturing process to test high - high pressure pumps in the following mode, serving practical training at the University of Economic and Technical Industry.
