BANK ASSET STRUCTURE AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF THE COMMERCIAL BANKS IN VIETNAM

Abstract

Financial performance reflects relationship between scale and profit of a commercial bank, is the ability of a commercial bank to use its resources to generate revenue that exceeds its costs. Capital use activities play an important role, help commercial banks deploy business strategies, reasonable asset structure. The article focuses on analyzing capital use activities of Vietnamese commercial banks in the period 2021-2023, consider the impact of capital usage activities on financial performance and then propose solutions to improve asset structure contributing to improving the financial efficiency of commercial banks in Vietnam.
